Increase Intelligence

November 18th, 2009

Increase Intelligence

Does this sound impossible? Perhaps it is easier than you thought to boost your Memory and Intelligence. Researchers in this field from around the world are constantly exploring ways to boost intelligence. However, there are some very practical things you can do now to boost your memory and intelligence. Some of these things may surprise you because they will have an almost immediate effect on your brain and therefore your intelligence.

Follow along, I’ll explain. First, there is something you can do right now – it’s something your mother may have told you to do. What is it? Sit up straight…and, then start breathing deeply. No – don’t hyperventilate, but breathe in deeply through your nose and then exhale through your mouth. Do this in a slow rhythmic manner. This will relax your mind and at the same time this will bring more oxygen to the brain.

This will produce a meditative state which will allow your mind to “Think” more clearly. The second thing you can do to increase mind intelligence is to eat properly. And…no, if you don’t like broccoli, you don’t have to eat it, but what you need to do if you want to boost your intelligence for a meeting or a test or some situation where clear thought is a must, you need to not eat starchy carbohydrate foods and Sugar – you know…candy.

It won’t help you. Some starchy carbs to avoid are refined white flour, potatoes, which includes chips and salsa, and white rice. Avoid these things if you want to have a clear mind for any important occasion. The third thing you can do is exercise – get off your couch and walk or do something which causes your body to move!

Again, this will cause blood to flow in your brain and the result is you will increase your intelligence and memory. Researchers have found that physical fitness brings about mental fitness. You don’t need to become a body builder; however, as I just mentioned, a fit body will give you a fit mind. Yes – Increase your Intelligence! It’s not a gimmick; it could be your Life and Wellbeing over the long run.

How To Build Confidence Levels With Mind Control Tricks

How To Build Confidence Levels With Mind Control Tricks

Building confidence levels is one of the foundation blocks of a good personal development plan. By feeling confident about yourself, you are much better equipped to practice the techniques used for successful self improvement.

Have you ever wanted to learn how to build your confidence levels? Boosting self confidence is a relatively simple task, but it all starts and ends with being able to control your mind and how you think. But thinking can be hard work – or at least it can seem that way when getting started – and so most people prefer to leave their emotions and reactions up to the intuition. If you really want to learn about building confidence, and empowering yourself to lead a better and more fulfilled life, you will need to spend some to change your habits and how you react to the situations that are disempowering you.

Change Can Be Easy – If You Really Want It

The good news is that these changes you need to make to your habits can be very easy. I’m going to explain how you can identify what needs to change to help you overcome your limiting emotions, and exactly how to change them using some very simple mind control techniques. Our senses are processing data and information every second of the day. This information is passed into our brain, where past memories dictate how we respond and react to them. The way our mind processes this never ending supply of data determines how we ultimately react. This first thing that happens is that our brain checks our memory to see if we have experienced this situation before. If we have, it simply recalls the feelings and emotions we felt when we last experienced it, and we go through the same reaction all over again. That’s our habitual way of reacting to situations without thinking about it.

Our automatic habits like this can have a positive or negative impact on us, depending on the type of stored emotions we associate with them. The positive impact, like driving a car, allow us to perform certain actions without too much conscious effort. Have you ever driven somewhere then wondered how you actually got there when you arrived? That’s an automatic habit. The negative impact is when we continue to experience debilitating and disempowering emotions over certain behaviours. One example being if you have a habit of feeling overly nervous and anxious when you meet someone new for the first time. Or if you habitually suffer stress and anxiety when trying to approach a potential date. These habits are making you weak.

These automatic habits are controlling your life without you even realizing it. You habitually react to certain situations in the same way every time without considering why you’re reacting in that way. It’s not your fault – It’s just the way we operate as human beings. The good news is that with a little effort, we can change the way we react and form new habits that serve and empower us better.

To get started on your path to controlling your habits reactions, you simply need to become aware of how you are reacting to these events and situations. Once you start to become aware of your reactions, start to ask yourself some questions like "how would I prefer to feel when confronted with this situation?" and maybe "why am I reacting to this situation in this way?". When you know how you want to react or respond, you can start to visualize the desired result. Visualize yourself responding in a positive way and feeling confident and in control.

When you can see the end result you want, another question you can ask yourself is "how can I start to feel this way every time I encounter this situation?". It may sound like I’m asking you to become a split personality, but we all do this everyday, so why not do it to improve the quality of our lives? By asking yourself simple questions like this, you can start to take control of your thinking process. If you want better answers, all you need to do is ask better questions.

By deciding to feel good about something, even when that situation used to make you feel negative, you have started on a path to creating new and empowering habits in your life that will remain with you forever (or at least until you decide to change them again).

4 Mind Control Tricks for Success

4 Mind Control Tricks for Success

Mind control tricks often conjure negative images of people who achieve their goals at the expense of others through the use of techniques such as hypnosis. Such a judgment of mind control tricks is in many cases a sweeping statement and is untrue. In any case, the mind is an extremely powerful tool. According to Einstein, most human being use no more than 10% of his or her brain at any point in time throughout his or her lifetime. In this respect, mind control tricks can be used to develop success for you in life by allowing you to gain control and make better use of that unutilized 90% of your brain.

One of the most popular mind control tricks would be self hypnosis. This method of hypnosis is used to reprogram the brain with the subconscious mind and should be done positively to generate positive affirmations towards your subconscious mind. What we mean here is to make use of positive thoughts and emotions in order to program your subconscious mind in positive ways. This could be done through either a home-made hypnosis method or the purchase of a hypnosis CD available on the internet. For the former, relaxation and focus is the key as you speak and write positive affirmations in present tense. For the latter, follow the instructions in the CD. Generally it is recommended that you listen to such CDs in a relaxing environment which would allow you to keep your full attention on the hypnosis process.

Another helpful trick that is suitable especially for people who have plenty to remember in their day to day activities would be the use of mnemonics. This is a useful technique of memory retention and can take the form of either pictures, words or other similar associations. Using the first alphabet of each task to form a word can also be done for people who have many things to remember. Such methods are vital when you are caught with a situation where you do not have the ability to jot down the numerous tasks awaiting you.

A third way of controlling your mind to allow you to achieve more in your life would be through the use of visualizations. Instead of sitting there and whining at the job, relax and feel yourself go through the entire process of the job right up to the stage of completion. Savor the satisfaction when you get the job done. Your visualization should be done in great detail including the materials and people whom you will need to get the job done. Thereafter, sit up and do the job the way you did it in your mind. You will find that doing the job is no longer as painful as before. At the same time, your visualization of success will only align your subconscious mind towards this direction. The resultant effect would be that your conscious mind takes the necessary actions that will get you to success.

Lastly, it would be a good idea to identify thoughts that distract you. Distracting thoughts often have the tendency to disrupt control of your mind. Getting rid of such thoughts would allow you to work on your subconscious mind in positive ways allowing you to get more in life.

Contrary to what most believe, mind control tricks are by no means mere evil tools used by people who want to manipulate others. When used correctly, it can be a powerful self-help tool for greater success in life.

Mind Control

January 6th, 2009

Mind Control

Mind Control is everywhere. It is a process that has evolved as a survival mechanism for the group. Mind Control requires thinking on a higher level than…

Mind Control To understand the process of Mind Control it is necessary to have a basic understanding of the human mind.

People make decisions on every level in a way that is unique to each of them. Those decisions are based on mental filters that are used to perceive the self and its environment. These filters are best understood in the form of questions that people ask themselves. Keep in mind that these questions are asked unconsciously therefore people are unaware of them, but they can be deduced by a person’s behaviors and the way they react to events.

Where is Mind Control Used? Everywhere!
Here is a list of how Mind Control is used in everyday life:

  • Motivating a child to eagerly perform better in school.
  • Creating obedience to a religious of political figure.
  • Creating a feeling of superiority towards one group.
  • Motivating a prospect to buy a specific product or service.
  • Creating panic to sell a certain stock.
  • Instilling trust in the authority that is speaking to you on the television.
  • Creating contempt for the competition while establishing greater customer loyalty.
  • Bringing in greater revenues.
  • Bringing an attractive person into a romantic or sexual encounter.
  • Selling an undervalued product for a higher price.
  • Talking a cop out of a traffic ticket.
  • Making a spectator believe in psych abilities.
  • Causing someone to reevaluate their prior beliefs.

It is safe to say that any time you want something that involves motivating someone to do something or when people do something without questioning why they are doing it some form of Mind Control is involved, whether it is intentional or not. So we are using Mind Control all the time. Even the act of having your partner take out the garbage could not happen without some form of setup, conditioning and Mind Control. If you doubt it ask a stranger to take out your garbage and see what kind of compliance you get.

As you will learn, Mind Control requires thinking on a higher level than the subject and veiling the strings of control with the everyday distractions of daily life. As one seeks to control the higher levels of a hierarchy of power something interesting occurs. The visibility of the control becomes less obvious to the subject as they become more involved with their day-to-day concerns.

Mind Control is everywhere. Once you realize the depth of Mind Control in your life your only option, outside of paranoia, is calm, almost Buddha-like all-knowingness that recognizes the ubiquitous presence of Mind Control and to set out to use it to your advantage. While this mindset can be encouraged, no one can teach it. Only through patience, effort and a little suffering can you gain this invaluable perspective.

History of Mind Control
Mind Control is not bad in itself; it is a process that has evolved as a survival mechanism for the group. In other words, if the group could stay together in an effective way they would have a better chance of collectively surviving what the world throws at them. If one person did not confirm in thought and behavior to the group norm they could threaten the groups’ survival. They further learned that by influencing others outside of the clan in certain ways they could prevent attacks.

Keep in mind that while most of us value and tout the virtues of freedom and personal independence these are new concepts when compared to the long span of human history. Mind Control has been the rule not the exception.

Conclusion:
If this has not frightened you and you have, in fact, managed to read this far, there are only a few other things that will experience if you continue to study Mind Control.

  • Mind Control becomes an obsession, or at least a sincere interest. It will be one of those things you will want to constantly test and master.
  • Power is a tool, nothing more.

Mind Reading Using Simple Techniques

December 19th, 2008

Read Minds Using Simple Techniques

Can you read minds? You can with a little practice and the right techniques. Here are a few of the easiest ways.

Read Minds Using Simple Techniques
I hope you won’t be too disappointed when I tell you that you’ll never read minds like Mel Gibson in "What Women Want." However, you can learn how to get a better idea of the general state of mind and receptivity of the person in front of you. Lets jump straight to one of the fun ways.

Watch Those Eyes To Read Minds

A persons pupils get bigger when they are aroused, interested and/or receptive. If you look into his or her eyes and see those pupils growing large – it’s looking good for you. Basically big pupils (unless it’s just dark) mean a person likes what they see.

Try this experiment, and you’ll understand how immediate this effect can be. Go right now and look in the mirror at your own eyes. As you look at them, imagine a sexy man or woman you are attracted to – in whatever way would turn you on. You’ll see that your pupils get bigger in just seconds.

Actually, if you love to fish, they may get big just thinking about a lake you love. Anything you like to look at can make your pupils bigger. How do you use this to read minds?

Start by watching for changing of pupil size to know if someone is interested in you or what you have to say. And yes, shrinking pupils generally do mean the person is not interested. Just be careful to note if light in the person’s eyes is causing the shrinking pupils.

In addition to judging the general level of interest and/or receptivity to you, you can use pupil size to go a little deeper into a person’s mind. For example, during the course of a conversation, you can describe various scenes or delve into different topics, while watching the person’s pupils. If their pupils shrank at the mention of skiing, and got huge when you described a beach you like, you can be fairly certain they would like the Bahamas over a ski resort.

The great thing about this little mind reading trick is that you can easily test it and refine your technique. Practice by reading minds of friends whose interests you know already, and watch their pupils as you describe various places or even ideas. See if getting them to visualize, by saying something "Remember how that car of yours looked," gets a bigger pupil response.

Mind reading by watching eyes isn’t all about pupil size, though. By simply noticing what a a person is watching, you can learn a lot about what is going on in their mind. What kind of women does a man look at? Does he pay any attention to the game on the TV? Note whether he seems bored or interested as he looks at different things. Watching those eyes is one of the best ways to read minds.
